TELKOM USES COMUTANET TO CONNECT COMMUTERS WITH WORLDCALL!

Telkom, South Africa’s foremost telecommunications provider, entrusted South Africa’s largest commuter media organisation, ComutaNet, to create awareness amongst economically active commuters, of its latest product offering, WorldCall Charge/Calling Cards.

To ensure the campaign achieves its objectives, Telkom elected to utilise one of ComutaNet’s most flexible and creative media opportunities – standard moving trailers. To sustain the promotion, Telkom employed six standard trailers strategically moving them between some of South Africa’s busiest taxi ranks enabling them to communicate their message directly to the target market, wherever they are situated. The trailers, displaying a colourful creative set against a bright blue background, showed the various WorldCall Charge/Calling Cards with the payoff line “It’s your card. It’s your call!”.

“Creating awareness and exposure of the new WorldCall Charge/Calling cards was the primary objective of the trailer advertising campaign to ensure Telkom reaches its target audience.
