This year Kfm ran a wonderful promotion in celebration of Mother’s Day.

Listeners were encouraged to email, fax or drop off entries stating why they believed their mom was special.

The best entry won a day of celebrity pampering in red carpet style for the mom at the Cape Gate Regional Centre and an exclusive selection of clothing, entertainment and shopping vouchers.

To top it all, the winning mom, Fatima Karodia, was spoiled rotten while Mel Jones, co- presenter of Kfm Breakfast, did all her daily chores.

Mel did all the normal things, running after the kids, cleaning the house, feeding the dogs while Fatima enjoyed her well deserved day of pampering at the fabulous Cape Gate Regional Centre.
