Primedia Face 2 Face have put together a Community Events
Marketing (CEM) campaign for Tiger Food Brands on Tastic Rice
to re-inforce the conviction in consumers’ minds that
Tastic Rice, is “Perfect. Every time.”
Primedia Face 2 Face offered Tiger Food Brands the opportunity
to entrench Tastic Rice in the minds and hearts of the community
through sponsorship of events such as weddings, women’s
church groups, women’s gatherings and cultural ceremonies
through a national Community Events Marketing campaign.
Tastic Rice was afforded the opportunity to take ownership
of the Community Events by creating a brand experience by
branding gazebo’s, uniforms, tablecloths and aprons.
The traditional Tastic Rice uniforms are still the talk of
the town…
It is customary for large numbers of people to attend these
functions, thus giving manufacturers the opportunity to reach
these people by sponsoring these events. Although this may
seem an unusual practice by Western Cultural standards, this
type of sponsorship is greatly appreciated because it provides
additional “hands” and equipment at these large
functions and adds status to the events within the community.
Most events are generated by potential hosts contacting F2F
after attending a CEM event.
